Angelica A. Ramos graduated cum laude from the University of Southern California with bachelor’s degrees in Sociology and Religion. She attended Southwestern Law School where she competed in the Trial Advocacy Honors Program and graduated in 2008. After graduation, she was awarded a fellowship with the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). She was admitted to the California State Bar in 2008.
From 2009 - 2014, Ms. Ramos was an associate with Marrone, Robinson, Frederick & Foster and defended against claims for breach of contract, construction defect, professional liability, fraud, copyright infringement, product defects, and premises liability in both state and federal courts. She has tried claims for unfair business practices, fraud, and violation of trade secrets. She was also successful on a Motion for Directed Verdict in a breach of contract case. Her experience extends to all aspects of litigation including, discovery, law and motion, depositions, mediations, and trials.
Ms. Ramos also has extensive experience in defending elder abuse, medical negligence, and wrongful death cases. She rejoined the firm in 2017 as Of Counsel.
Ms. Ramos is fluent in Spanish.
