Morgan Simpson graduated from the University of South Carolina – Columbia magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and a minor in Political Science. At the University of South Carolina, Morgan received the Outstanding Mass Communications Senior Award for obtaining the highest GPA in the School of Journalism and Mass Communication’s class of 2016. After graduation, Morgan worked in Wilmington, Delaware as an AmeriCorps volunteer for one year before attending the University of Southern California Gould School of Law. Morgan had the prestigious honor of studying under Professor Elyn Saks as a Saks Institute Scholar studying the intersection of mental health and professional work life. Morgan was also a part of the Frank D. Lanterman Regional Center’s Special Education Clinic during his second year of law school and helped establish Law Students for Better Health, a student organization at USC Gould focused on creating a better environment for students’ mental health.
As an associate, Morgan handles all aspects of litigation relating to Products Liability and Tort Liability. Morgan has experience in ADA accessibility litigation and employment disparate treatment litigation.
